Is it really worth it? I have all the mod listed in my sig and only manage to run 16.8's while my friends camaro 3.4 ran a 16.6 just by removing the cat and a take off muffler from an SS. Judging by the numbers I should be running at least 16.1, right? Have you guys really felt a difference after rebuilding your engines? My engine has 110k miles on it.

Im also in the process of a rebuild. Not for performance, rather a true rebuild. It hasent been to hard at all. Just make sure you keep all the bolts organized...

I just finnished a performance rebuild with the toys listed below. Only had 54k on it, but I wanted more power. It's easy if you keep track of bolts, take your time, and have a good reference on hand.

As luck would have it, I had car problems (alernator died) on the way to the track last week. Still have to put the injectors in and in search of a cheap Z28 rear, but will have new times up soon.
