Well i don´t know much about it? But now my engine is whistling or rather screaming when i start it. It´s not the RPM that is the noise? It´s somethin else that i can´t describe=( Could it be be something with the throttle body? When i take off the air filter thing (what´s it called) the same noise is still there?? Has´nt anybody had the same problem?

when you pulled the head off, did you replace the head gasket? you should ALWAYS replace the head gasket after pulling the head off, as well as any other gaksets that got removed in the process of taking the head off -- that were ripped or damaged and do not look in good condition. DO NOT USE SILICONE ON THE HEAD either..this is a baaaaad idea.

              anyway, hope this helps somewhat..

Why is it so bad to but some silicone on the head? It helps it to stop leaking, or is´nt it?

And one more thing, i have made the gasket myself, with real gasket material and some leaking glue (or something it was like some black silicone)...could that be the problem, is it bad or something??

I'm not quite sure I understand what your saying either. The noise could me many things. Does it actually sound as if it's internal or like and vacuum leak?

Could something have fallen down inside the cylinders while the head was off? PLEASE HELP ME!!
                      ----

From what I have been told by several engine builders, you should NEVER use silicone gasket maker for a head gasket!

this is just what i have been told. as for the rest, if you used silicone anywhere else, like on the intake, you might have accidentally missed something and left a hole, where the engine is sucking air in. if you used silicone gasket maker on the heads, then pull the head back off, and pay for the gasket. THE HEAD GASKETS HAVE METAL RINGS THAT RESIST THE EXPLOSIONS THAT HAPPEN IN THE CYLINDERS!!

at least im sure thats what those are for. think about it..things get really hot down there, the silicone would burn away after a little while...

correct, silicone RTV is not to be used to seal cyl heads. use only cyl head gaskets designed for this purpose.
one comment about sealant for the intake manifold, make sure it's O2 sensor safe, else you'll be buying O2S's every month or so.

assessment of problem, suggestions: probably small intake leak. get a stethoscope from AZ and listen to where it's coming from. how's the idle? how fast and how steady? does the noise go away at high rpm's? use stethoscope to locate noise and go from there.
