I am fixing an '02 Camaro that has the oil pan bent up a bit. To replace it I need to lift the engine up a little, but I have to drive about 2hrs to get to the lift. So does anybody know how far the oil pickup line comes down and what area it comes down in(pan is bent towards the back)? I'm trying to figure out if I can drive it or not

Man i dont want to lie to you but if im rembering correctly the pick up is on the drivers side im not sure i replaced my engine in june so its not that fresh. But i rember that when i put the oil pick up on it was so long that i didnt so how the oil pan would fit on so im guessing it was pretty long. Are you having oil pressure problems???1999 Firebird 3.8 Chamelon

MagnaFlow Catback

Devon

I havn't started the car yet, I'm trying to find out if it would be ok to try and start it without messing something up
EDIT: I bought this car wrecked, it was hit while parked. So it hasn't been started since the previous owner drove it last, about 11 months ago.
