    PPR for MSD-DIS4

    umm so any one know what it puts out on its tach output for PPR (pulse per crank) any one know what stock is ?

    i have it on 3 PPR and my tach in the dash is about 250-300 rpm off if i have this set right :eek:

    Is it off by 300 the whole way, or is it off by a percentage?

      seem like the higher the RPM the more it is off... Idle showing 825-875 and tach show 1000, 3000 RPM on tach is about ~2800 or so

        I didn't mess with ANY of that... I don't think you have to.

          i just need to know the pulse so i can set my shift/tach and it read right.... i think 3 is right since we use waste spark but i'm not sure

            I'm not 100% sure, but I believe 3.8s use a 3X system, while LS1s use a 4X. Checking to make sure I'm right.

              If it helps the 3.8L tach is 4000 ppm
