so i autotapped tonight, and my accelerator pedal position shows 100%, while my throttle never goes above 96%. what's the deal? SHOULD i tweak the throttle so it opens to 100%, or is this normal?

To be sure, just eyeball the TB blade. physically check the TB. if its opening 100% then its opening 100%.
The readings you are seeing are not exact. The actual position of the TB is.
