Help me to get MAFT+ to work

Where do all these plugs and wires go? I didnt get instructions. HELP!!!

pin A of the ICM tom. Need to get the wires right, one is input the other is output. You should also solder them!

hey can someone tell me what all the settings are

Top flew off when i was at the track :(

i emailed them said they would send me a new top but never got i i think i need to email them again
