I have a Ford 360 Motor that I got for FREE [img]graemlins/banana.gif[/img] I was thinking about putting the motor in my 93 3.4L Camaro. I know i will have to do allot of stuff to make it work. Let me know what you think. I have read that the motor came out of a Ford Pick up. It supposedly has a lot of Torque. Someone told me that I can turn it into a 390 are a 427 [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] . How could I make all of this work. THINKS

Its not that fords are crap or anything like that. I have seen some very well build, fast fords. Its just that the logistics of that swap are rediculous. Adapting for and chevy parts will be much much harder than chevy to chevy stuff.1997 Chevrolet Camaro v6 - 13.8@104MPH

sorry but i hate fords, i feel the engine and air conidioning designs are retarded. I see most fords going down the road side ways, and look at the front tires on an older ford, they will be laying on their sides- this due to their tryed and true twin-I-beam. why would you joke about the 3.4?!?!? its a damn good engine... does our lack of .4L not enable us to be witty enough to make vtec jokes??? how bout not flaming a good portion of the board just cause of one member's question...
