I had heard that if you disable the torque management it will eventually burn up the tranny, true?

I think it will hurt your tires a lot more than your tranny

You can get a good tune for your HC setup via mail-order. Jason has tuned TONS of LS1 cars, and around 10 cammed V6 cars thus far in person. That is more than nough to figure out what they need to run right, and to get acquainted with their OS's.

Call him, ask what they have to offer. He'll take care of you

Jason just did an ECM reprogramming on a basicly stock 2000 Camaro V-6 for us....not only was the program superior and horsepower/torque adding, the service was above and beyond. The order was turned in a one day time period, prior to the tune Jason spent time answering my questions, after tune the service was exemplary too. I wholeheartedly recommend their service. And we aren't even related. Congrats to Texas Speed as you have both product and service, a rare combination. Don't lose it. Thanks, Richard
