it shouldnt be at 14 something stock, if so its hurting for power. Stoich is at 14.7 and when you're cruising on the highway it'll be at that but at WOT it should be atleast 13.5. On spray I think most aim for around 12.1, NA about 12.8-13.0.

Lower the number the more rich.

You want to adjust the WOT AFR in the PE Enrichment Add vs RPM table. However, you will want to do this with a WBO2 sensor. Do not try this without a WBO2. Without a WBO2, you have no idea what your AFR is (except above or bellow 14.7) and this will not help you adjust the AFR.

Yep, leave the stoich setting alone. Do the a/f tuning in PE. (or IFR, or MAF, or VE) Different theories on all that...

But, for nitrous tuning, that's a different story altogether. Is it a wet or a dry shot? Wet tuning is through jet selection. Dry tuning is generally managed through the inherent cooling seen at the maf and the fpr boost from the bypass valve. You can further tweak the wot tune in the pcm for nitrous, but then it will off for for na wot use. Unless you have 2 tunes and switch back and forth.

i figured..i dont know that its true but i've heard factories actually make the cars run slightly on the lean side due to emissions regulations...it would be nice but i think this is just more than i want to get involved with..im not really concerned about n/a because i dont race n/a ..it is a dry shot for now..so as John D. was saying..my MAF will pick it up since i have the nozzle in the air box now..for a 75 - 100 shot i'll leave the bypass jet as is..but i may decide to play with it for the 125 shot..thanks a lot for your input guys
