if NA is the way u wanna go, then that looks like a good step in the right direction. they already have a race-prepped motor that will swap into our cars. it's basically a short block for a L67 that comes w/ 9.5:1 pistons, which is good for a decent nitrous shot or some decent boost, as well as good driveability. I'd look at that first, then this new GT block.

        Here's an update:

I put the new ZZP competition short block into my girlfriends GP. She previously had the 2nd fastest NA GP in the country with a PB time of 14.40, she ran yesterday with the new shortblock two weeks after setting her 14.40 record and she ran 13.49 this was with NO OTHER CHANGES than a new engine. She still can't launch the car for crap but hey, what do you expect from a girl hehe.

The original plan for this shortblock was 10.2 Compression but after seeing how well her car runs on lower octane fuel I think we might up the compression some more on the final version. She has milled heads, thinner head gaskets and compression is probably around 10.6:1 What do you guys think?

No such thing as wrong wheel drive. (from a driving point of view.) I will give you the better 60 foot times though.
