Would it be possible to install a turbo 3.8 in a 1995 3.4? Using the complete 3.8 engine setup, tranny, and ecm. I know the heads will have to be swapped to the FWD ones, but would it be possible to make it all work? A/C, stock gauges, and all? Would it fit? Thanks

Ya, it's been done. Wouldn't be much different than any other engine swap into our cars. You would need a parts car to get all the parts out of, cuz most of the parts already on our cars wouldn't work with it. There was a write up on it in GM magazine. Can somebody get him the html for that? The engine would be expensive, so you might be better off going the LS1 route in my opinion.

Hey. Yup thats me. Can you believe i found that car at a volkswagon dealership? Once i get a $300 EGR valve, sure ill race. Before that went bad and caused a few other expensive sensors to toast, i was running high 15s bone stock execept for UD pullys. Last time i ran with the bad parts, it went high 16s. I don't pride it as a race car though, its just for showing off. With 113k miles and 70psi oil pressure with 10w30 oil, i got room to spare if needed I might do some headers later on. I also own a 1982 Mecham Racing Motor Sports Edition trans am #199 with a new GM crate 350 and 5spd. I also drive alot my dad's 87 Buick GN, almost every day. I'm 19 years old if your wondering. Every dime i make goes into my cars, it wouldnt be any other way.Ric Johnson<br />----------------<br />1995 Pro AM III #12<br />3.4 A4<br />KN FIPK intake with ram air mod<br />Flowmaster exhaust<br />RKSport IAT sensor <br />ASP Underdrive pullys<br />TB Bypass<br />PF52 larger oil filter<br />3.42 non posi rear end<br />DeCarbon Trans Am shocks<br />Eibach pro series springs<br />B&M Shift Plus+ (best $40 ive ever spent)<br />Custom made billet alum front end inserts<br />Interior trim painted to match the car<br />Awia CD player with factory bose sound system<br />Viper alarm system<br /><a href=\"http://www.proam.webhop.org/\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.proam.webhop.org/</a>
