Magnus, I'm really lost with all this custom cam talk. Lets say I want to get some cam to exactly or close to my specs, where would I go? And how would I check if they have something close to it.

Magnus thanks for your honest answers i currently have the cam already so i'll try my luck and keep dyno's also what can i do that you know of for a n/a car to get into the 14's Heads, gears etcMy new ride 2000 camaro, No mods yet still waiting for warranty to run out then all out heads, cam, and supercharger

14's in a 3.4 NA is not easy. hey dom how much of a power gain did you get from that cam?? Isn't your cam at the max lift for our springs, I can't remember what specs the stock springs are I'm willing to buy a cam and install it I just don't want to waiste the time if I don't see any noticeable gains. just a quik, probably stupid question, but could you bolt a set of GTP heads on a N/A 3.8 with a high lift cam, don't they have stonger springs? I'm sure I could get a pair from my friend at the junkyard for a reasonable price without a core if he hooks me up.
