I've got a Custom grind Comp Cam that my dad and his rep came up with. It is not a real aggressive cam because it was going into my daily driver. I get about 26mpg on the highway and 18-20 in the city. You should easily be able to run mid-low 13's with our head/cam/intake setup, especially at altitude. My 13.30 was at altitude and I expect to run atleast a 12.80 at a sea level track.
