Does anyone know of any ARP bolts/studs that would work in a 3.4. Particularly the rod, main, and head bolts?

Just call ARP, they have most of them.
Off hand I can tell you that if you go to a 3/8 rocker their part number is RS-11. It's a 10mm to 3/8 stud.
