Hey i'm going in for a rebuild next week there also port and polishing the heads three angle valve job and cam shaft should i have them mill the heads a bit for better compression or will this mess u my car. Also will 3.23's to 3.42's mess up my odometer also i know it messes up the speedo but what about the odometer.

You can have the heads milled but remember they have to be inline with the intake manifold, and only can be done so much. Stupid 4 bangers have it easy!

It should not mess up your car, if your having it done they can do ahould be able to do it ot hte limits. The gear swap will mess up both the speedo and the odometer. I am pretty sure they go off the same sensor.

People told me I would get worse gas mileage with my gears, but my trip setter thing says I get more .

The trip meter works off the same sensor as the speedometer and odometer, so it's wrong too.

going from 3.23 to 3.42, both speedo and odo will be off but not by very much. not as much as a 3.08 to 3.42 swap, for instance.
abs performance may be affected.

turn ignition switch to "start" for a second then let it return to "run" position. you should hear and feel vibrations of a running engine

ha just kidding... you'll be able to tell by driving and listening at idle.
