Hey there peoples,
I am new to this so I am not sure what i am doing. I am thinking about putting an aftermarket cam into my 3.8 firebird. I am not sure where to get it or what kind of duration or what not to put in it. I want some power but i would like to retain drivability. Any ideas or should i take a different route.
first off do simple bolt on such as exhaust and intake first and then if you still want a cam then check out the sticky on the top of the thread. bunch of info in there

Thanks for the advice. I have ram air intake and a catback exhaust. i think i should be able to throw some headers and a high flow cat on it this summer
Any time someone asks a question like this, I have to say that IMHO you don't need a cam. If you have to ask that question, it's beyond you. You'd just be setting yourself up for bad things.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
