cant start after H/G swap

I just did a Head Gasket swap for the 2nd time.
Its relatively easy. I started my car today for the 1st time and I let it
run for a good 20 minutes. No leaks, No smoke, No problems at all!
It got up to temp (~200F). It was PERFECT!
I let it sit for 6 hours and it starts right up again. I take off and it just dies on me after I drove about 45 yards. It wouldnt start after it died!
I pump the pedal (even to floor)to try to get it to start, nothing. Checked all fuses, all connections, their fine! I thought I smelled gas, but I see absolutely no leaks.

Is it possible for it not to start if my A.F:R is too high? Like 18.0:1 AFR + or more

when the key is in the run position the SES light is on. (Engine not running) Is this normal?

i open the oil filler cap, and its got light smoke coming out. But yet the engine is cold? what the hell? dust? lol

My compression #s:
6-80..............5-100
4-95..............3-93
2-100............1-80psi

Shouldnt my compression be like 120-125psi?
I didnt use anything on the head gaskets...just torqued the bolts down
Maybe I blew both head gaskets from high AFRs?

I heard compression should be around 170-180, but I could be wrong.
