Sorry I dont know if this belongs here, any way I have some taylor 8mm spiro pro series hihg parformance ignition wire set, and will soon be upgrading the ignition, most likely msd(not sure yet) I was just wondering if I could hook the up without the whole ignition kit. Just hook up without it, and what would be the benefit. also how will this effect the longevity of my engine.

i dont think you dont need msd, i dont like some msd products (like coils)
I'm sure you can hook up your taylor wires without an msd system.
I would get some heat protection boots around those good expensive Jacob wires and make sure to use the diaelectric grease so they dont break.
