ok, i have a 98 camaro 3.8, we put a intense 1x cam w/ new springs pushrods valve seals/retainers and i got a rollmaster timing chain...we put it in and its making alot of noise on the front of the motor. so we took all that off and we started looking and it appears that i had a warped cam sprocket so i replaced that and while i had it off i replaced the oil pump and then we put it back together.....well i started it and it ran perfect "no noise" started driving...i could just tell it was weak and then i noticed oil pressure started to drop and it cut off on me at a gas station. now it makes the noise again at about 2000 rpms, and it still sounds like the timing chain, anyone have ne ideas
