Sounds goo thus far. I just hope the price isnt too far out there. I expect around the same price as the Abbott Racing heads or so. Thats one thign that is next on my list for mods.

your kidding yourself. Custom aluminum heads will probably be over 3k. Also i would never get the zzp stroker, the come racing stroker is a much better option.

yeah but think about what shipping would cost. its an aussie product so im sure shipping it would take forever on top of that.

ive read a little on that come stroker and it sounds like a damn good kit, but if zzp can do produce one on par with it why pay out the *** for one to be shipped from overseas? zzp puts out good products.

The aluminum heads raise the detonation threshold of a given engine compared to iron heads. Aluminum heads do this by dispersing heat more quickly. Because of this, you can run higher compression on a motor compared to iron heads, or you can run more boost for the same reason.

It should assuming it's a quality casting. to improve durability, cryotreating the casting itself as well as applying a thermal coating to the combustion chamber and valve faces will resist warping, especially in the extreme cases of engine overheating and detonation.
