Alright, I have a '99 maro and the engine is completely stock internally and it has around 80K miles on it
What is the farest I can safely advance my timing (with a tune) without causing any knock or any other problems, also what temp plugs should i change to? and what kind of gains could i expect?

would 2* be safe? would it be safer to change my plugs aswell?
my engine has a full exhuast headers, cat, and 3" cat-back, it also has a 160* thermostat and I will have my fans set at 160 too

2* will be safe on the high octane table.
With the cam in 90+* weather I was running 4* higher all accross the board and 9 or so * higher in the upper rpm WOT range on 91 octane wiht 0 knock. There was also still room for improvement.
