I'm not sure if it's bad, but I usually have 30psi when I'm idling. My first motor was that way and the remanufactored one I have is that way also. It usually has 50-60psi under load. It will usually have 60psi no matter what for the first 100 miles after an oil change
This is quite common for the 3.8 for some reason.
A lot of us have the same pressure.
It has yet to pose a problem for anyone, as long as it doesn't just dip off the chart.
