96 3.8 into 93
what's up. i recently swapped a 96 3800 into a 93 with the 3.4. i swapped the motor, trans, wiring harness, computer, and speedo. all internal wiring was modified to match a 96. everything works but the speedometer. checked the vss input to computer and it's good but the output from the computer is very small and won't drive the speedometer. i've performed other v6 to v8 swaps and had no problem.has anyone performed this swap and have anything that might help. thanks.
