a little confused when going to buy new bearings what it means by ".010 under Main bearings". They have regular bearings, then those.

yes, you want the regular size, unless you got resized rods/rod caps
I got the AE Clevite Trimetal 77s they can last over 300k miles

Being a main bearing it should be for your crank where it rides in the block.
.010" under is for if your crank was reground.
They also should sell bearings that have an oversize OD if the block was line bored.
