I'm new to this intake manifold stuff.
I have a 2000 firebird with a CAI whisper lid, 3in full exhaust including high flow cat, and a aluminum ds.

about how much HP will an intake manifold give me upper or lower?

also about how much does a intake manifold cost the upper or lower?

about $300 from abbottracingheads
it will give you like 5hp MAX, its not worth doing cause
our intakes are really good as is.
get some gears, cam, nitrous, etc first
and this is not advanced in any way!
