s2 heads flow way better,and the s2 block has a shorter deck hight

soo the s2 is smaller,lighter and more powerfull than a s1 3.8

They didn't. According to the link FirebirdGT just gave, the S1 came with 110HP, while the S2 makes 200HP. That's almost a 50% more.

wait they actually had a v6 engine that only makes 110Hp.... and i thought the 200 was horrible for a v6... gosh

In the seventies they were only pulling 110hp out of 5 litre V8s. Its called progress.

my friends 1994 series I puts out 160hp...so series I hp depends on the year
