Carbuerated Engine Swap on 96 V6

Everyone and their dog talking about engine swaps wants to put in the lt1 or ls1 into their camaro/firebird. Every place I look is giving information on these FI V8's...Im looking to put in this turbo-fire 350 out of a 1970 1/2 Z28 with 360 hp...What would be involved in stuffing this in my 96 Camaro 3.8L?
Im taking the muncie 4 speed too...Although help is appreciated, I would like information regarding the engine fitting into my car...not so much the rear end or transmission problems I may come across down the road.
