the stock head bolts are Torque 2 Yield meaning they are only used once
so are the Rocker arm bolts
in Chiltons they say "the dirt on the old bolts may affect torque" so if you didn't want to pay the $30 or whatever on buying new bolts isn't it possible to clean up the old bolts & threads in the block using a tap and die set?
Re: gotta change some gaskets, thinking about a cam
theyre torque to yield (T2Y) meaning they can only be used once.
The torque 2 yield bolt when used (stretched) for the first time will perform great. But it does stretch so therefore it will not give as great of strength/accuracy when its stretched again
Sorry if I didnt give a good enough description
Where did you find stock Rocker Arm Bolts for $30? dealership?
You can search for information on www.google.com

ZZP says to look for gains of 25-35 hp with the GT2 cam, and I gained 25 to the rear wheels. In other words, I got the estimated power gain.
