                    you wish :p

how is the pump out? how did it fail? they are pretty simple things with few abilities to screw up. I bet it is something other than the pump.

if the TC is not in all the way. it shears off the front pump almost instantly

i dont know for sure that is my problem, but really the only way you can tell is by going in there and taking it apart, which i will do this weekend. I dont see how i didnt have the convertor on all the way, i literally couldnt get ti back on any further, but maybe i am wrong.

I disconnected the tranny cooler liens and felt no pressure tho

How could it not be on all the way when bolting the motor and tranny together? The bellhousing to the block and the coverter to the flexplate.

The converter can only go on so far because of all that.

have you even installed a TC before?

Only when I was there helping on the car. I'm not saying you are wrong at all, but could you explain how it is possible? Are you referring to before bolting to the motor, or after? Because when the motor is bolted to the trans, it seems that the converter can only be at a certain point.

I understand when its just the trans sitting without the motor.
