OK, think I've narrowed it down to 3 possible Cams, all of which are ZZP. Either the VS Cam, GT1, or GT2. I've been through all this before and just want to recheck what everyone thinks about them. Here's the specs:
VS: 206/216 at .050"
Intake Lift .320" (.512" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
Exhaust Lift .317" (.507" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
115 LSA
GT1: 210°/210° at .050"
Intake Lift .317" (.507" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
Exhaust Lift .317" (.507" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
113 LSA
GT2: 216°/216° at .050"
Intake Lift .317" (.507" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
Exhaust Lift .317" (.507" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
111 Lobe Separation
This is for a 97 Camaro, current mods are Cat-Back exhaust and CAI. Soon mods are LS1 rear with 3.73's or 3.42's, headers, cutout, and a cam (obviously). This is my DD, and it will be driven about 70 miles a day. Most of them are highway. I want to make it a fairly fast car, yet still keep the dependability and gas mileage (currently pulling out 21MPG redlining to every gear :D ). I'll be doing a springs and retainers swap to 105# when I install the cam. I'm not worried about the price of the install because me, my dad, and my friend who owns a race shop will be doing that.
