I currently run 24#/hr injectors with a head/cam setup. I plan on stroking the motor with the zzp or C.O.M.E kit. If I do that and go to a larger cam will the 24lb/hr injectors still be good enough or should I bump to a 30 or 42?

what kind of injector duty cycle are you hitting right now with the 24# ones in your car? Are you close to maxing them out?

its hard to tell I suppose, I dont have autotap but I do have a fuel pressure gauge. With my 24#/hr injectors, the fuel pressure remains fairly constant throughout the entire rpm range however, I did notice a slight taper and drop close to redline. So I would say the injectors are pretty maxed out

            Re: injector sizing

First thing what everyone who is planning to get more power out of engine is to decide on tuning solution.
If ou plan to spend $$$$ on strocker kit you must have tuning solution in place before you go any further. There is no "hard to tell" or "I would say", there is no room for error, and autotap is not your friend.
your car with 24# and stock tune is not working correctly anyways.

do you own hptuners or did you do a mail order tune? Anything dealing with a stroker and such you are going to want your own hptuners, as a mail order tune is not going to cut it

                  Re: injector sizing

It was a mail order tune.

After the stroker I am gonna have to wait a while cause I cant afford HPtuners right now. A mail order tune will have to do for now
