Can someone tell me whats wrong? i was thinking pushrod? all fluids are fine. oil pressure is fine. didnt do it until i drove 115 last night.

sounds like a rod knock.
how many miles on the car?
maybe you shouldnt of drove it 115:o

the ses light is for the transmission. believe it was p1870. when i drove 115 though i didnt even floor it. i dont know why this happened? the car has 92000 miles on it, but the motor only has 17000.Comment

Same thing happened to me on the way home from summit last week! I just didn't let it blow, and sold the motor and tranny to be rebuilt. Its coming out right now...and the late model v8 is on the stand!! woo!Comment
