Yea...looks like intakes would be a pain to install unless you fab your own. I don't know of anything off the top of my head that's mass produced for that >.>

I think it won't clear the cowl/hood to be honest... or its going to be very very very very tight.

You can always shorten the width of it by removing the top and putting on some flatter sheetmetal

like I said, it runs into the wiper blade motor, a slight modification will make it work. I plan on running a sheetmetal cover over my upper anyways to make the clearance.

What the mind can concieve and believe, it can achieve....

but at what cost? Just saying, no even remote baseline numbers given, $400, and it needs a bracket for a TB, and may need to be customized heavily to even fit under the hood, on top of the efforts needed for an intake...

customized heavily??? No not really when our sensors attach just like stock, the intakes have the same ports, fuel injectors are in the same location, doesn't need a bracket if you get a holden tb for like 35 bucks. Oh yea and one pipe makes your air intake, I don't see how it is that hard to you to make a cold air intake for it. Sheetmetal top is just some cuts away and then it just screws right onto the upper manifold.

Power number will be worth it, look at all the best intake manifolds and you will see they have runner length, like these and not like our horrible stockers.

Think out of the box a bit please and stop trying to shut the door on this mod. It really is not going to be to hard to get it working.

                    Re: Holden Intake Manifold Opportunity

I'd love the intake, but I don't have any fabrication skills. I'd have to add in cost to have sheet metal cut and have some pipe mandrel bent to run a CAI like the one SLP makes for our stock manifolds.

Anyone have $400 I can borrow? I think this would go really nice with my cam :D. And direct port nitrous,. Our cars could become some scary machines!

as for stock ones, no, there are some expensive aftermarket holden uppers though also. Or people make their own sheetmetal uppers to go on their lowers

These are coming from COME racing through SWAN racing here in the US. Once we have 3 people paid for the order is getting placed and they will be on the way over. Yea these are the stock holden manifolds, COME also sells an aftermarket one that is $1750 and sees good gains as well, just too expensive for my taste right now.

But yea the order will be getting placed here shortly I believe
