You need to rethink your business strategy. Even turbonator and fuel line magnets have some transparency to their advertising. What you're doing is tantamount walking up to someone on the street and saying "Hey, I got this fantastic product that will out-perform anything else on the market...I'm not going to show you it or what it's capable of, just trust me that this will knock the crap out of the competition. Money plz" If you're so worried about people stealing your ideas, patent it.
i found a machine shop near me that does competition head work and there pretty good. (they built a 850hp NA 350!) so i think instead of buying ones from abbot or zzp i might pull mine off and get them done there. but i want to find a cheap used motor and rebuild it while i leave mine in then swap. that way i could do cam, forged internals, heads, and everything else at once
OMG!! The frickin DHP company that gave you troubles through zzp went out of business!! That is why they had a heck of time getting you your tuner for your customer. Leave them alone for crying out loud.
If you can do better than them, then please by all means do it, but if you can't or are not going to try then get off their backs. The DHP thing was out of their control anyways.
What bracket are you talking about? I have never seen anyone with a modified bracket on the fbody for that.
ZZP sold something DHP didnt even have files for. Cant blame DHP for that. There not out of business far as i know. DHP droped ZZP cause of this. Far as the bracket it, mounts left side were your P/S would be. You havent seen it really. Far as we know we are the first to design it. Not sure on cost off hand. Would need a smaller belt of course.
DHP went under according to what the grand prix guys are saying on some threads, they no longer exist or are not making new products/updates, hptuners is now the only way to go for 3.8 guys that want to keep the stock pcm
I never ordered a part that took over a year then this. ZZP sells stuff that DHP didnt even have. I like all there coming soon stuff on there site. Half of stuff, been on there for years.
