Cam's Smogable in Cali

Hey i have a 2001 camaro 3.8 i was wondering anybody know what cams i can get that are smogable and sound good???

i dont know about smogable wise but the abbott N/A cam iv heard sounds good i plan on getting it later on.

Abbot's N/A seems to be pretty popular. I personally love my GT2. You may have to get the GT1 if smog is a worry. I'm not too sure if any at all are even smog legal or w/e.

Im worried about emissions to...Im in a toss up with abotts N/a cam and the GT2...from what I've read and researched on other forums as well is that as long as you get a good tune you'll be ok

as far as Toronto goes anyways....we have the sniffer test here...I know cali is super strict on emissions so thats my disclaimer

the abbott n/a cam is a boost cam with just a tighter LSA. Would be OK for nitrous. GT2 is a n/a cam with it's single pattern and tight LSA would be great for cars with gears and/or 5-speed.

I have ZZP's VS cam and when it was first installed I didn't have Hptuners back then and it didn't set any SES lights, specs are 206/216 115LS. Nice cam(little lobe at idle), worked well with the powerdyne supercharger and also works well with nitrous.
