At that point i would say it's more so the guy can say it is quad turbo'd. like said before one or two turbo's can be just as effective if not more than four.Comment

and the twin cone filters on the intake!! buahaha,
that is: "Four (4 turbos) GT-17 turbochargers (150-200 hp each = 600-800 hp total)"
If he run them like that , those turbos probably already shot!
