Depending on the usage and price difference. If this is just a "keep-it-runnin'" daily driver back and forth to work, I wouldn't spend too much in upgrades. Perhaps the Napa brand would be ok. The key is, every day, normal use, no need to muscle it up or spend more than you have to.
