As for issues, it's generally valvetrain parts. Lifters, pushrods, springs, valves (imagine that, it's part of the valvetrain :P), etc. I think for the most part, our bottom end is fairly strong and, IIRC, no one has broken it just from brute power.~97 3.8L V6 Camaro~
