When in installed my double roller I had to sand/steel wool the inner ring of the cam sprocket to get it to slid on. crank sprocket went on fine i believe.
2 questions.
1. What brand?
2. Did you try torquing down the cam sprocket before you decided to grind it?
I can't remember which brand it was, I think it was JP. Now that I think about it I did have a little trouble with both but It was mainly the crank (bigger) sprocket. All I did was use some sandpaper/steelwool to smooth it out to get it to slide on enough to where I could crank on the bolts.
