but the bigger fuel pump and injectors (with lower pressue) will give me less waste of gas at idle, but will give me as much as i need in the top end, correct?

btw, what would running a HIGHER than stock fuel psi do for my mpg's/performance?

    thanks

run stock if you can not alter your fuel tables

are you referring to stock fuel pressur or stock injectors?

cuz running stock injectors would make me run lean and running stock fuel pressure on bigger injectors would make me run rich, at least from what i've determined.

stock everything i am doubting you really need that much more fuel. do you have a wideband?

            naw, no wideband.

but what do you guys think about running stock injectors at a higher psi (via the AFPR) with the upgraded fuel pump. that might do it right?

not possible on a 3.4 unless you run a stand alone fueling/ignition systems. or did an obd1 or 2 swap.

bigger injectors at the same pressure are just going to shoot more fuel. you need more but not that much more.

lowering the fuel pressure means less will get to the injectors. but it can still be more than with the stock injectors.

this is not the optimal way to "tune" a computer controlled fuel injection system, but for a stock 3.4 pcm, its currently the only way.

the fuel pump probably isnt 100% necessary but cant hurt at all.

progressive fpr there you go it gives you stock pressure at idle and increased with less pressure call holley they will get you what you will need and you can move along

yeah no tuning for the 3.4 out there really.

i suppose this is the ultimate way to go.

funkz fouled up plugs with 19 lb. injectors AND the AFPR at a lower psi, but then again he drove his car in the winter, and mine is just a summer car so i think it will be ok.
