Will forged pitons for the supercharged 3800 series II work in the n/a one. I imagine that they would but I just wanted to be absolutely sure

    Re: Pistons

The supercharged 3800 are not forged they are a lower compression like 8:5.1, the L32 rods which replaced the l67 rods are forged. If your looking for forged pistons , I put in Diamind 9:5.1 forged pistons in about 6 years ago and their still going strong. They also came with Total seal piston rings.

          Re: Pistons

if you want to get a little bit more power out of your engine you can get some high compression pistons.
