For the 3.4, I have a set of 18 lb/hr injectors and but they are 12.5 ohm and stock ones 17 lb/hr and 14.4 ohm. (i belive)
Not a huge improvement from 17 to 18 lbs but i belive something is something, and i'm wondering if they will work fine lowering the fuel pressure a little bit too.
If you had a adj. fuel pressure regulator I would think you can adjust them down. I would search for some 3.4 threads on injector sizing and how they tune for them since there is no programing for them. Sorry I don't know too much on the 3.4L.
