I am not getting as good mileage as I was when I first got the car. My a/f gauge is telling me that most of the time I am running perfectly stoich and it is connected to the after cat 02. For a 99 would changing the front 02 censors really be beneficial. my plugs and wires are 2 years old. I am only getting like 20mpg on average with 50/50 hoghway and city. Also I drove pretty conservatively. thanks

Some of these are pretty straight forward but would appreciate any input y'all may be able to provide

Your AFR gauge should be hooked up before the CAT to be accurate. The O2 after the CAT is there to make sure the CAT is working and changing what is coming out of the tail pipe.
