I'v been gona buy some so , might get a set or at least the 13 mm .

What do I need to do to the lifters before installing ?

I know on older , 350 lifters you would soak in oil , I guess these are the same .

You can give them an oil bath, and they will be quieter on start up, but is not mandatory. You will have to lube them with some sort of assembly lube. They do not require to be pumped up like on some older engines.
