    that is what the steel wheels are for. you put them under the back wheels to give the back end about 10 more inches of lift.

    i want to know how some people got the thing ip so high with jackstands alone?
    2x4 things.
    12x1.5=18"+12"=30" of clearance on the subframe where the michigan speed writeup shows to place the jacks. which would be close to 40+ inches of clearance at the front of the car...

        I can take a photo of mine and show you how I did it, junk car still on my wooden stands.. If ya want, gives ya an idea.

              pretty good, we need to take the radiator out but the Haynes manual says the air conditioner need to be evacuated? how do i do it w/o killing myself and no taking it to a shop? its under high pressure, is there any way to do it at home?

                      I hope that garage goes back farther... or that motor will never come out. top or bottom. lol

                        i just disconnected the air conditioner stuff from the engine with out disconnecting the lines. then you can zip tie it up out of the way and not have to deal with it. Then just bolt it up to the new engine

                        Abbott long tubes,homemade true duals,slp ram air,whisper lid,eibach springs,kyb shocks,BMR subframe connectors, BMR LCA reloc brackets,BMR LCAs. T-top/manual converted

                            i started mine at 1:30 and at 5:30 i pulled the car off the engine. ill post up my how to guide monday or tuesday.

                                thanks, that could be of some use to me, how did u pull it out? top or botom? my dad said that we are gonna follow the Haynes Manuel and go thru the top.... i wanna do it out the bottom, so im looking forward to that guide
