CAM Question

I have Just rebuilt my 3800 series motor put a comp cam xtreme energy cam stage 2 and new valve springs retainers lifters pushrods and timing set the car is running but im wondering do i need someone at a dyno to flash or reprogram the computer to ajust to what is in the engine now???? Please reply and thanks for the help

This should be in the advanced tech section but to answer your question, yes. Or you can tune it through the OBD2 port with a computer program yourself like HP tuners.

I would opt to take the time and do it yourself...despite the headaches I am having lol...you can always modify whatever you tune and not have to pay for it...plus I hear more dyno shops dont tune the trans shift points or pressure or that kinda stuff like they should...if you do it you have full control...
