IAT maybe. Im sure youve checked the readings, But sometimes simple things get overlooked.

uh how can incoming air temp cause it to stall? lol.

The IAT sensor is fine and reading fine.

Clearance issues are not an issue with my custom kmember that added a .5" drop and I used a spacer between the kmember and body to make sure I had plenty of room

Is the front timing cover from a FWD car? The oil filter is in the front, mine's on the driver side of the block. I read the whole thread, there is no mention. Sorry to ask a dumb question, but I'm curious.

A 3.8l fbody oil filter is always going to be on the passenger side. Engine is all RWD parts except the crank is a stocker from a buick (same crank anyways as the rwd car).

Do you need a cranksensor from a buick for the crank or are they the same part # as a 3.8 Camaro?

LOL...so since you had extra room to play with...did you bother getting and using the holden intake spacer?

not really extra room. The modified kmember and spacers were needed to give me enough clearance without cutting my cowl. Also the lid has screws which if it was closer than what I have now it would be impossible to take off as it is under the cowl.

So adding a manifold spacer was not happening lol

yea eh...what if you cut into the cowl would that give you just enough room?

Also, I seen that the guys who have done this mod are always concerned with reaching the screws to get the lid off...why? Why would you need to be able to take that lid off? If it needs to be cleaned, would it not be a lot better to just take off the whole UIM and do it properly? or is it there is bolts located inside there or something?

because to get the manifolds off, you need to get at the screws that hold the upper intake off which are under the lid. So lid has to come off in order to get the upper intake off.
