      in general, a light weight & full roller type rocker is used in high performance applications. But as 97Rs stated, we need to know your other mods first.

          sorry i should have said what kind of mods i have. k&n fipk intake, full exhaust(pacesetters, magnaflow cat, flowmaster muffler) msd plug wires

              Abbott long tubes,homemade true duals,slp ram air,whisper lid,eibach springs,kyb shocks,BMR subframe connectors, BMR LCA reloc brackets,BMR LCAs. T-top/manual converted

                    If you don't know stick with the stock ones, because as flaming already posted links and there is plenty of info on rocker arms + rocker arms Vs. Cams. It is all about searching. Look at Meatyshells 1.9's post, have to use the search function though.

                              i kinda see why smoke is grumpy...hes been puttin up with newbs for too long...lol im already ready to call it quits and post "fluff" in the lounge...lol not really.
