Hi anyone out there replace they stock valve springs on a 3.4V6 and Install the Comp Cams CCA-980-12?
I bought a set from Summit Racing and I saw a flat spiral wound spring inside the main spring,so I looked as though it was used for packaging,and also from your stock set up what did you use? Any modifications neccessary when using the springs? I will be using 1.6 Rolller rockers and Comp Cam 260H.
I take the inner spiral springs out that came with the spring kit and use back all other components from in the stock head,I have the head completed with the new comp cam springs and seals etc.... so I am just asking questions to those who did it or know anything about it.
