engine wont turn

after the cam install, we try to start the engine, it ran for about 3 minutes and then a weird noise like a metal ticking really loud
Turn off the engine, and manually turn the engine and it will only turn one revolution on either direction before locking itself. after that i went ahead and remove rockers, push rods and lifters. and the engine still wont turn more then one revolution, any ideas?????

Sounds like something got into one of the cylinders. Have you pulled the plugs to see if one is now beat up?

something has to be in your cylinder causing your piston to stop moving

a bad bearing is not going to cause the engine to completely stop at just one point

well i guess ill go ahead and remove the heads.

Do all of the valvesprings look ok?

Pull the plugs first like bigbrian said.

Hope it;s not a cylinder issue. Object in combustion chamber = new engine

update when you get the plugs out...how far can you turn it? almost a full 360, or less?

spark plugs are out there is something inside cylinder 6 the plug is ****ed up
